Day one :
- Leaving from : St Christophe

- Outside the park. Dogs are allowed but not on day 2 and day 3.
- Uphill walk to the l’Alpe du Pin. Small, family-run refuge at the foot of the Lauranoure.
Night in refuge.
Day two :
- Leaving from : The l’Alpe du Pin refuge
- Time : 5h00
- Altitude difference : 600 m
- Within the park: Dogs not allowed
- Discover the Vallon de la Mariande then go back down to Gassaudière and then uphill once more to the Lavey Refuge.
Night in refuge.
Day three :
- Leaving from : Lavey Refuge in the direction of the Lac des Bêches
- Time : 2h00
- Altitude difference : 604 m
- Within the park: Dogs not allowed
- Uphill to the lake. Return to Champhorent then on to St Christophe en Oisans.
